Having congested traffic, commuters have commenced working late, recently. However, every day a significant numbers of cars have been bought, despite to the stuck traffic. Nowadays, roads and bridges conceal the sky, although the problem have not solved yet.
There are several solution concerned to the traffic.

Widening roads, which leads to ruining ecosystem, is the first solution. Civil engineers build broad roads to reduce congestion. Subsequently, nature is destroyed and problem is increased by producing more pollution. The percentage of pollution, which is not unrelated to the traffic, is a serious issue and could threatened health.

Variety of vehicles’ height is another aspect which should be investigated. Furthermore, some of them carry dangerous products that hitting by short bridges creates unpleasant moments. Therefore, the significant number of crossing bridges request to build wisely.

In addition, commuters are often recommended living near to their work place as much as possible. Thus, it could avoid the traffic and it would save time, either. Moreover, commuters usually add extra time to arrive on time, although some times it is beyond that.

In conclusion, sticking traffic seems to be an important issue that governments struggle to find some solutions. In fact, it not only affects the commuters, but also it is vital for emergency’s cars. Using cars every day, the civil engineers have built broad roads and bridges to decrease the amount of it, while it is increasing. It seems human being should travel in the sky in future.

Commute to work
There is no doubt that the number of cars on the road has increased gradually in recent years. This has cause to some problems such as a higher accident rate, a rise in air pollution and traffic jams. The government aims to increase the role of public transport in order to encourage individuals to use it more. However, the current situation is unlikely to change significantly in the near future.
To help resolve the situation that there are three important changes the government would need to make in order for people to use public transport more. Firstly, government should make more public transports aim to easy and convenient for traveller to encourage individuals to use it more and instead too many private cars on the road. Furthermore, make public transport much cheaper than use a private car. People commute because they don’t live near where their work, so especially public transport prices would have to be reduced. In addition, the quality of public transport service should need to be improved. Many types of public transport are uncomfortable, unreliable. Providing a public transport system should concentrate on upgrading and developing the present system with frequent, reliable, clean and comfortable. Anyways, the idea should be based on the high quality public transport services, which are provided a variety of choices public transport, lower prices and comfortable services, might put some individuals off driving.
On the other hand if these changes were implemented, in my opinion I still believe that the attraction of the private vehicle is popular and powerful these days. Most people prefer to travel in their own car, therefore restricted to vehicles with more than one passenger to encourage sharing. As well as encourage overweight parents to walk with their children to school instead of driving short distances.
To sum up, I strongly support that the increasing of using the public transports is an efficient way to tackle the traffic and the environment problems. It is important that the government aims to increase the role of public transport in order to encourage individuals to use it more.

Unfortunately, gridlock is an issue which drivers and pedestrians, in most of cities, have to deal with daily in rush hours. One of the main reasons of congestion is the fact that, the number of cars on road travel has been increase significantly, due to the fact that many families have more than one car. In addition road’s travel conditions in some cities demand seriously, deep improvements.
Actually, if we analyse the situation around the cities, will conclude that some of them require rising the numbers of access and exiting to the cities, where usually the gridlock take pace. Others solution which may improve road travel would be increasing the number of road for cars with more than two passengers and create by whom it concern this matter, policies and measures to persuade and ensure, that families with more than a car only use one and workers can share cares while travel to work.
Some people are the opinion that, the growth of roads is proportional to the increase of cars. In this case I would appeal to a congestion charge and a great investment in car parks all over the rear side of the cities centre to keep people parking there, instead of drive into the cities. Improve the public’s transport conditions and number.

One of the key to ease my commute to work would be to improve in absolutely everything concerning public transport but, to do it the government ought to implement strict measures which decline the number of cars on road. Increase and improve pedestrian and cycles lines, followed by policies which motivates people to cycle and walk, when travel to work. For example, to pay half price of a bike, for those who undertake to use it as means of transport for commute to work.

Indeed Road travel needs to be checked carefully and examine detailed in order to improve faults. I think there are a lot of measures to be tackled in order to achieve this. Recently a lot of people wish to travel with their own cars rather than public transport. Why? Because, some public transports are not outstanding, whiles others are also untidy despite the warning and caution stickers being placed in the transport especially in the buses. To encourage the use of public transport, appropriate measures must be taken against those who abuses this rules. Also proper education about keep transport tidy campaigning should circulate from schools, club, churches, mosques and the communities about avoiding spitting, foot off the seat and others.
Secondly widening of roads especially motor ways and city centres is major solution. Another solution is about Big Trucks which normally caused traffic jumps, should drive only on the side roads to allow small cars to speed up as this can ease commuters from lateness .Also road constructers should try and finish their work on time.
Furthermore the government should provide special road only for Motorbikes, Bicycle as well as avoiding cars parking on walking pavement. This will encourage walking and more cycling as in other countries. This really promotes health, less traffic and reduces air pollution.
Lastly, there should be less bus stops and Overhead crossing should be provided in the areas where pedestrians causes traffic. If the above suggestion are considered commuters will be on time to work and road travel improved.

There are a great number of cars, buses and trucks out on the road at any time especially in cities with high population. Anybody who has lived or visited a large city knows that traffic can be difficult to manage and that gridlock is hard to avoid. Gridlock often occurs during rush hours when most people are either getting to work or leaving work.

The high traffic problem on the road can be controlled by the road managers or engineers to create efficient traffic system to avoid gridlock. For example, they will check which road intersection that causes problem and create alternative routes for drivers.

Furthermore, people with personal cars should be encouraged to use public transport such as buses as to reduce the high traffic that causes gridlock. Although, buses can still fall victim to gridlocks.

In addition, traffic lights should be programmed to help regulate traffic efficiently. This can be done by reducing the time it takes traffic light to signalled drivers to pass in every intersection.

Closing some designated streets on specific days is another control measure to alleviate the congestion on roads. Furthermore, cars with certain registration numbers should not be allowed on some parts of the city on specific days in order to improve the flow of traffic in and out of the city. Fro example, cars with registration number A - D should not enter city centres on Mondays because of heavy traffic on such days.

Finally, with appropriate control measures put in place on road travel, heavy congestions that is being experienced by commuters will be avoided.
